FABRICS: METALLIZED NONWOVEN AND FABRIC

Hybrid materials consisting of nonwoven and textile surface materials coated with various metallic layers. Their inherent properties are enhanced with electrically conductive and ferromagnetic characteristics. With virtually unchanged weight, the fully coated hybrid material provides ideal conditions for shielding applications as well as electrostatic discharge.

The continuous metal layer on nonwoven materials creates an antibacterial surface and enables a wide range of medical applications. Made in Baden-Württemberg.

Component

We manufacture fiber composite components from our hybrid materials in small series. The purpose of our components is reflection and absorption functionality, electromagnetic shielding and ferromagnetic properties on fiberglass fabric.

Based on our many years of expertise, we realize the targeted construction of sensory and thermally conductive functional layers in fiber composite structures. Our portfolio is rounded off by in decorative design applications.
